These Terms cover use of the Abryx marketing website and Abryx SMS / mobile messaging used to deliver connection-request notifications. Separate signed agreements for client services or product access may add more detail. Additional website notices appear on our Legal page.

Website use

You may browse this site for information about Abryx. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content in a way that harms availability. Content is general information unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

SMS / Mobile Messaging

Abryx may send SMS messages that notify you about Abryx connection requests. Those messages help you open and review a request. These messages are limited to Abryx connection-request notifications and are not promotional marketing messages.

• SMS is sent only when applicable contact permission for Abryx connection-request notifications exists for that mobile number.
• Message frequency varies based on connection-request activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Opting out stops applicable future Abryx connection-request SMS to that number.
• Carriers and networks control delivery. Abryx does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.
• You are responsible for any carrier, device, or messaging charges that apply to you.

SMS permission is not connection approval

Permission to receive Abryx connection-request SMS does not approve any connection request. Each connection request must still be reviewed and separately approved or declined inside the Abryx product. Opening a request link or reading an SMS is not connection consent.

How SMS contact permission is collected

Where Abryx collects SMS contact permission today, it may do so verbally (with an explicit affirmative yes after a clear disclosure) or through a signed paper consent form. Those methods authorize SMS delivery of connection-request notifications only. Abryx may also use QR codes to open a connection request for review; that is not the same as QR-based SMS enrollment.
